This Handbook IV: Sustainability, Rurality and Society is part of the basic and applied research carried out at the Autonomous University of Guerrero (UAGro) within the Line of Generation and Application of Knowledge (LGAC): Environment, Society and Tourism itself which was created in 2010 in the Faculty of Tourism and consolidated in 2013 as part of the Master of Science: Sustainable Management of Tourism, UAGro. Whose academic leader is Dr. Niño-Gutiérrez who collaborates with academic staff of the highest level in Mexico and abroad.
